Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Wholesale orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Buyers are responsible for any return shipping costs.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Once your refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.

Online Exchanges

Exchanged are accepted within 21 days of delivery.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
If you would like to exchange an item please email us at exchange@overthelimitapparel.com.
You must include your name, order number, the item(s) you are exchanging, and the size/color that you would like to change it for.
Items should be mailed to 1316 S Main St. Unit 5 Los Angeles, California US 90015.
Once the product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase. If you do not have proof of purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer an exchange or store credit.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged Items

We will gladly replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to exchange@overthelimitapparel.com and ship your item or drop item off at our store at 1316 S Main St. Unit 5 Los Angeles, California US 90015.
